Hayden Christensen Bio
Hayden Christensen is a Canadian actor, born on April 19, 1981, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is best known for portraying Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader in Star Wars Episodes II and III. Other popular works include Jumper, Shattered Glass, TV show Higher Ground, and many more. He has a daughter with actress Rachel Bilson.
He grew up in Markham, Ontario, and he set out to become an actor at the age of 8 when he shot his first commercial for Pringles. At the age of 13, he starred in several dramatic TV series. His biggest break happened in 2000, in the TV series Higher Ground. He has also appeared in the movies The Virgin Suicides in 1999, and Trapped in a Purple Haze in 2000. For his role in Star Wars, he was chosen by director George Lucas and starred alongside Natalie Portman and Ewan McGregor. His role in the movie Life as a House in 2001, earned him a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actor. Other popular works include movies Factory Girl, Awake, New York, I love You, Takers, and many more.
