Lucinda Chua is a singer and songwriter from London, England. Her interest in music started at a young age. She started writing songs and playing musical equipment when she was little. When she was 15, she saw Mogwai performing with a cellist at the Reading Festival. This inspired her to pursue a music career. In college, she pursued a course in music production. She would later join Stars of the Lid as a touring member before forming the duo Felix with Chris Summerlin.
The music duo released the albums “You Are the One I pick” in 2009 and “Oh Holy Molar” in 2012. She would later relocate to England, where she worked with other artists like Karyyn, Helm, and Ben Vince. In March 2019, Chua self-released her first solo EP, titled “Antidotes 1”, which was highly acclaimed. The following year, she composed music for the “30HA” documentary. In May 2021, she released “Antidotes 2”.
