Ed Speleers Bio
Ed Speleers is an actor born on 7th April 1988 in Chichester, West Sussex, England. He is widely recognized for appearing in the television series “Downton Abbey” as Jimmy Kent. He started his career in 2006, playing Eragon in the film “Eragon”. In 2011, he starred alongside Melisssa George, Sean Harris, Kate Magowan, and Alec Newman in the action thriller film “A Lonely Place to Die”. In 2016, he appeared in the James Bobin-directed live-action/animated fantasy adventure film “Alice Through the Looking Glass”.
Speleers made his television debut in 2008, playing the role of Ed Speelers in the satirical comedy-drama television series “Moving Wallpaper”. That same year, he starred in 12 episodes of the soap opera “Echo Beach”. In 2010, he appeared in the television film “Witchville” alongside Luke Goss, Andrew Pleavin, Sarah Douglas, and MyAnna Buring.
