Tequan Richmond is an American actor best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Burlington, North Carolina, United States, on October 30, 1992.
Tequan began his acting career in 2002 when he appeared in the TV series ER, but he became famous in 2005 when he began starring in the comedy series Everybody Hates Chris alongside Tyler James Williams, Terry Crews, Tichina Arnold, and Imani Hakim. He has since been a regular on the TV series Boomerang, General Hospital, All Night, and Mr. Box Office, and his filmography includes Blue Caprice, House Party: Tonight's the Night, Savage Youth, Thriller, and Ringside.
Tequan has received three Daytime Emmy nominations in a row for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of TJ Ashford in General Hospital.
