Michael K. Colyar is an American comedian, actor, radio presenter, and writer best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on February 9, 1957. Michael began his acting career in 1987 when he was cast in the film Hollywood Shuffle, and he has since had recurring roles in the TV series Martin, Homeboys in Outer Space, Barbershop, Mi Casa Mi Casa, and The Rich & the Ruthless. Michael’s filmography includes House Party 3, Family Reunion: The Movie, The Beat, Who Made the Potatoe Salad?, and The Princess and the Frog, but he is best known for starring in the comedy-romance film Norbit alongside Eddie Murphy, Thandiwe Newton, Terry Crews, Eddie Griffin, and Katt Williams.
