Charlotte Tilbury Bio
Charlotte Tilbury is a British make-up artist who was born in 1973 in London. She studied make-up at Glauca Rossi School of Makeup and then started her career in the beauty industry as Mary Greenwell's assistant. Since then, she has become one of the most famous and prestigious make-up artists in the world and her work can be found in very important fashion magazines, including Vogue, Vanity Fair and V magazine.
She has worked as a make-up director for several high fashion brands like Prada, Miu Miu and Cavali, and has worked with important celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kate Moss. She launched her own make-up brand in 2013 called Charlotte Tilbury Beauty which has won over 300 awards. In 2018 she was awarded by The Queen with The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire because of her services to both the beauty and cosmetic industries.
