Sven Vath Bio
Sven Vath was born in Obertshausen, West Germany on 26 October 1964. Sven scored a residency at Frankfurt’s Dorian Gray club in 1982. He teamed up with Luca Anziloti and Michael Münzing to form Organisation for Fun or Off. The track they produced “Bad News” helped him conquer Ibiza. With the release of Electrica Salsa in 1986, Off reached new heights. This was followed by another album Ask Yourself in 1989. In 1990, Off released its final single “Move Your Body.” After signing with Virgin Records in 1998, Vath released the album Fusion in the same year. This was followed by Contact in 2000 and Fire in 2002. The following year, remixes from his Fire album was released as Fire Works. Vath also founded the record label Cocoon.
