Classixx is an American record production of electronic music, electro pop, indietronica, nu-disco and deep house in Los Angeles-based DJ duo, composed by Michael David and Tyler Blake in 2009. The name Classixx had a taste for classic compilations of different music. The DJ duo is influenced by a wealth of music, from old school R&B to Paul Simon and Kraftwerk. In its twenties, Classixx was part of the new wave of electronic music in Los Angeles. According to the Chicagoist, Classixx “will become a staple on DJ sets around the world.” Classixx released their second album called “Faraway Reach” during 2016. The album features special appearances by Passion Pit, T-Pain, De Lux, Alex Frankel, How to Dress Well, Nonku, Harriet Brown, Isles and Panama. Classixx had their second album “Faraway Reach” 2016.
