The Band Perry Bio
The Band Perry is an American country group formed in 2005 in Greeneville, Tennessee. The band is made of siblings Kimberly Perry, Reid Perry and Neil Perry. The three of them became interested in music at a very young age and they started writing and composing their own songs as teenagers. Their music caught the ear of Scott Borchetta from the Republic Nashville label, who signed them in. In 2010, they released their self-titled debut EP, soon followed by a full-length studio album a few months later. Three years later, they released their second album “Pioneer” produced by Dann Huff. The band has been nominated twice for a Grammy and they won it in 2015 for Best Country Duo/Group performance. A year later, they performed at the MusiCares tribute to Lionel Richie.
