Brantley Gilbert Bio
Brantley Gilbert, born Brantley Keith Gilbert on January the 20th 1985 in Georgia and is an American country singer, songwriter and record producer. With a unique sound that crosses such genres as Southern rock, country rock and hard rock, Gilbert’s debut album, Modern Day Prodigal Son was released in 2009 and is regarded as a moderate success, with singles such as My Kinda Party and Play Me That Song featured in the album.
Gilbert’s mainstream success came with his second album, released in 2010 and titled Halfway to Heaven, the album charted high within the United States and went Platinum in the US. His next two albums, Just as I am, and the most recent, The Devil Don’t Sleep were both successful and so far Gilbert has won ACM Awards and CMA Awards for his music.
