Howard Joseph Kendrick III is an American professional baseball player who played as a second baseman in Major League Baseball. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, United States, on July 12, 1983. He spent his formative years with West Nassau High School and St. Johns River Community College where he was scouted by MLB teams. He was selected by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim at the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft. He spent eight seasons with the Angels of Anaheim, and throughout his time there, he played alongside Erick Aybar, Ervin Santana, Garrett Richards, and Kole Calhoun. Howard went on to play for the Los Angele Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, and the Washington Nationals. His career highlights include a World Series Championship, NLCS MVP, and All-Star.
