Jeff Seid Bio
Jeff Seid is an American bodybuilder and fitness model born in 1994 in Renton, Washington. He was a very avid sports player since childhood and started lifting weights at age 12. In high school, Seid became an accomplished wrestler and football linebacker but turned to bodybuilding as a result of an injury. At age 19 he entered the IFBB league as the youngest competitive bodybuilder to do so. Seid won the “Mr. Olympia Men’s Physique Competitor” title in 2013, 2014, and 2016. The young athlete has also ventured into entrepreneurship, launching a sports clothing line called “SeidWear.” Seid is a very influential personal trainer, with a wide array of online tutorials and the publishing of his inspirational book “Guide to Aesthetics.”
