Born in Iran on June 21, 1984, Amir Jadidi is an Iranian actor best known for his work in film and television. Amir began his acting career in 2011 when he was cast in the crime-drama film Africa. He has since portrayed characters in the films Zero Day, Cold Sweat, Latyan, The Lost Strait, Murphy’s Law, and A Dragon Arrives, but he is best known for starring in the drama film A Hero alongside Mohsen Tanabandeh, Sarina Farhadi, Fereshteh Sadre Orafaiy, and Sahar Goldust. Amir won a Crystal Simorgh Award at the Fajr Film Festival for Best Actor in a Leading Role and a Hafez Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture.
