Benjamin Charles Watson is a Canadian actor, born in Jamaica, on June 18. His family moved to Toronto, Canada, when Watson was ten years of age. Before delving into his acting career, Watson attended the Humber College in Toronto, where he learned about scene study and took voicing and improvisation lessons. Watson's acting career began with a lead role in The Limits (2007). After getting acclaim from critics and peers, Watson continued to appear in a number of TV series such as F2: Forensic Factor (2007) and Warehouse 13 (2010). In 2012, Watson became known outside of Canada when he landed the role of Tariq in a drama series called The L.A. Complex. The show reflects the ventures of six young people who are in trying to get their breakthrough in Hollywood. Watson starred in the series alongside Jonathan Patrick Moore, Joe Dinicol, Chelan Simmons, and Cassie Steele. Watson's latest endeavor is also academic - he is a graduate student at The Actors Foundry in Vancouver.
