Archana Panjabi, better known as Archie Panjabi is an award-winning British actress and producer best known for her work in film and television. She was born in Edgware, London, England, on May 31, 1972. Archie began her acting career in the early 1990s with appearances in the TV series London's Burning and Siren Spirits. She has since had a very successful career in TV, with recurring roles in the series Departure, Snowpiercer, Blindspot, I Know This Much Is True, Next of Kin, Power Monkeys, and Postman Pat, but she is best known for starring in the crime-drama series The Good Wife alongside Julianna Margulies, Chris Noth, Josh Charles, and Alan Cumming. Her filmography includes the blockbusters San Andreas, The Constant Gardener, Bend It Like Beckham, and Traitor. Archie has won multiple awards for her acting including a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, an NAACP award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, and a Chopard Trophy Award at the Cannes Film Festival for Female Revelation.
