Bruno Major is a singer and songwriter born on 15th July 1988 in Northampton, England. He developed an interest in music at an early age when he discovered the guitar. He started his career by playing at local gigs in Northampton. After graduating from Leeds College of Music, he began writing songs and at one point had written 400 songs in two years. He signed his first record deal in 2013 and released his first EP, Live. In January 2014, he released an EP on Virgin Records.
In August 2016, he said he would write, record, and release a new song every month, an effort that led to the release of the R&B album, titled “A Song for Every Moon,” which was released in November 2017. In 2018, he went on tour in North America.In the same year, he made an appearance on “The Late Late Show,” where he performed the song “Easily.” He also performed at the Bonnaroo Music Festival in June 2018 in what would be his first performance at a US festival. In June 2020, he released his second full-length album, titled “To Let a Good Thing Die.” His single “Nothing” ranked number 63 in the Irish Singles Chart. Major has opened for Sam Smith and also written songs for artists like Liv Dawson, Tori Kelly, and SG Lewis.
