Alexander Mark David Oxlade-Chamberlain is an English soccer player who plays in the Premier League as a midfielder and represents England’s national men’s team. He was born in Portsmouth, England, on August 15, 1993. Alex began his soccer career in 2000 when he joined the youth setup at Southampton Football Club. He moved up to the senior team in the 2010-2011 season before Arsenal Football Club acquired his services in the second half of 2011. He went on to make 132 appearances for the North London side. Alex moved to Liverpool in 2017 and joined a squad that boasted the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Jordan Henderson. He made his debut for England’s Under 18 side in 2010, and he moved up to the senior squad in 2012. Alex has won the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League, the FA Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, and the FA Community Shield.
