Fred Armisen Bio
Fred Armisen is an American actor, writer, comedian producer and musician. Armisen was best known for being a cast member on Saturday Night Live between the years of 2002 to 2013. On the sketch show, Armisen has done impressions of Barack Obama, Prince, Ira Glass and David Paterson.
As an actor Armisen has worked alongside Will Ferrell in the Anchorman series, playing Tino. He has most recently worked in the film The Lego Ninjago Movie and provided the voice for Cole. Armisen is also known widely for his role in the critically acclaimed Portlandia, a comedy sketch show he helped create alongside Carrie Brownstein, his long-term comedy partner, the show is an overall success and has been nominated for many awards, including two Emmy Awards and a Peabody.
