Julia Natasha Stone, known as Julia Stone, is an award-winning Australian singer, musician, and songwriter who performs folk and acoustic music with Angus Stone. She was born in Sydney, Australia, on April 13, 1984. Julia began writing and performing music with her brother Angus Stone in the mid-2000s, and in 2010, the duo released their debut studio project Down The Way. Julia and Angus’ discography includes the hit singles Big Jet Plane, Chateau, Stay With Me – Live, Paper Aeroplane, Grizzly Bear, and the albums Life Is Strange, Snow, and Spotify Sessions. Her music was featured in the soundtrack to the film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part1 which also featured Bruno Mars, The Joy Formidable, Sleeping At Last, and Christina Perri.
