Heston Blumenthal is a chef born on 27th May 1966 in London, United Kingdom. He is considered the pioneer of flavour encapsulation, multi-sensory cooking, and food pairing. His popular dishes include snail porridge, soft-centred Scotched eggs, bacon and egg ice cream, mock turtle soup, and others. Heston started his own restaurant, The Fat Duck, in 1995. The restaurant has earned good reviews from food critics like Fay Maschler and Matthew Fort.
From 2006 to 2007, he was a presenter of the TV show “In Search of Perfection”. From 2009 to 2010, he appeared in two seasons of the documentary “Heston’s Feasts”. Between 2011 and 2012, he appeared in three TV shows “Heston’s Fantastical Food”, “Heston’s Mission Impossible”, and “How To Cook Like Heston”.
