Chevel Shepherd, born on June 18, 2002, in New Mexico, United States, is an American country singer widely-recognized for winning the 15th season of The Voice in 2018 as a member of Kelly Clarkson’s team. In the finale, she performed her original song “Broken Hearts” that won over the audience and judges alike. Immediately after getting crowned the winner of the show, Shepherd also secured a recording deal with Universal Music Group. She went on to perform at the Indianapolis 500. Shepherd is a child prodigy and has been actively singing since she was merely 10 years old. Her outstanding talent, soothing vocals and lovely personality have amassed her a massive fan base as she continues to woo the world with her artistry.
