Joy Cho Bio
Joy Cho is a Thai American web publisher and blogger who was born on May 18, 1979, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a degree in Communications Design at Syracuse University. She then moved to New York and began working at a boutique advertising agency. In 2005, Cho launched her blog, “Oh Joy!”, to keep her aspirations during a time of her life in which she got engaged, moved to a new city, and looking for a new job. Her blog slowly began being read, and it helped her launch her own design studio since the blog was getting her new clients. On her blog, she began working with boutiques, but as her space became known, she started to collaborate with big known companies, such as Target, Banana Republic, and Anthropologie. “Oh Joy!” was featured as one of the top websites in the “Design 100” by Time Magazine.
