Nyle DiMarco Bio
Nyle DiMarco is an American model, actor and activist. He was born Nyle Thompson on the 8th of May, 1989, in Queens, New York, U.S. in a Deaf family. He changed his last name to his mother’s maiden name. He attended the Maryland School for the Deaf and later on he graduated from Gallaudet University with a degree in Mathematics. He started his modelling career in 2014, by becoming the first Deaf contestant on the popular show “America’s Next Top Model”. He won the competition and soon after he signed with Wilhelmina Models and he debuted on the runway by walking for Giorgio Armani at the 2017 Milan Fashion Week. DiMarco went on to participate on ABC’s show “Dancing with the Stars” partnered with dancer Peta Murgatroyd. They won the contest and soon after DiMarco appeared on the Hulu comedy show “Difficult People”.
