Bob Schneider is a musician born on 12th October 1965 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, United States. He is a former member of the Texas-based rock band Ugly Americans. His music style blends acoustics with electronic beats and background noises. He released solo albums “Lonelyland” in 2001 and “I’m Good Now” in 2004. These albums were critically acclaimed and helped him to gain fame. He signed contracts with Universal in 2001 and Vanguard in 2004, making it possible for him to release music on his label Shockorama Records as side projects.
His self-released albums “I’ve Seen the End of the World”, “It Looks Like This”, and “Galaxy Kings” were re-released on Vanguard records. In 2009, he signed a recording contract with Kirtland Records and released a new album, titled “Lovely Creatures” in the same year. Their single “40 Dogs (Like Romeo and Juliet) reached number 14 on the AAR Radio chart. He has so far released 20 studio albums.
