One OK Rock Bio
Coming from Tokyo, Japan, One OK Rock is an alternative rock band found in 2005. Their music was often compared with the likes of Foo Fighters and blink-182. The band’s name was taken from their practice schedule as a band (One O’Clock) in their Japanese accent. Members are Toru for guitars, Ryota for bass, Taka for vocals, and Alex Onizawa on guitars.
One OK Rock had their debut with their self-titled EP in the mid-2006. Then a mini-album entitled “Keep It Real” followed the same year. By that time, they got their drummer Tomoya. Their single “Naihi Shinsho” made to the national radio closing a deal with Amuse. Their debut studio album “Zeitakubyou” was released in 2008.
