Shirley Veronica Bassey is a singer and songwriter born in Tiger Bay, Cardiff, Wales, on January 8, 1937. She is best known for singing the title songs for the James Bond movies Goldfinger, Diamonds are Forever, and Moonraker. She is a Brit Award and a Dorian Award winner.
