Gorgon City Bio
Originating in London, England in 2012, Gorgon City is an electronic music production team comprised of Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matt “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott. They are currently singed to London-based independent label Black Butter Records. On February 27, 2012, they released their first collaboration, The Crypt EP, the title track of which featured Navigator, Rubi Dan, and Janai. One year later, they released the title track of their Real EP featuring singer-songwriter Yasmin. They followed that up with the single “Intentions” featuring Clean Bandit.
On October 6, 2014, Gorgon City released their debut album Sirens. The album contains their highest charting single to date, “Ready for Your Love” which features singer-songwriter MNEK. They released two other singles from the album, “Here for You” featuring Laura Welsh and “Unmissable” featuring Zak Able. In addition, Gorgon City also released a collaborative single “There is No Other Time” with indie rock group Klaxons and remixed the song “Back 2 the Wild” by Basement Jaxx for their album Junto.
