David Walls formed the rock band English band The Wildhearts in 1989. The Wildhearts was formed after David Walls was kicked out of his previous band, Quireboys for inappropriate behavior.
Later that year Ric Browde heard The Wildhearts sing and he signed them to the Atco label. On October 7th, 1989 The Wildhearts supported the band The Grip, at the Marquee in London.
In September 1993, The Wildhearts debuted their first album The Wildhearts: Earth vs. The Wildhearts. This album has a 4,7 rating on Amazon. The band eventually broke up, but was reunited again in 2006 and in 2008 The Wildhearts released a new album called Stop us if you’ve heard this one before, this album consists of numerous cover tracks.
