Gretta Ray Bio
Gretta Ray is an Australian singer and songwriter born in Melbourne, Australia in 1998. At five years old she was singing in local choirs. She toured around Australia with Young Voices of Melbourne and was the youngest member of the group If You See Her, Say Hello. In 2016 she won the national Triple J Unearthed radio competition and the 2016 Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition. That same year she released her debut EP titled Elsewhere. She was nominated for a 2016 J Award for Unearthed Artist of the Year. In 2018 she released her second EP titled Here and Now. Ray has released a number of singles, including “Unexpected Feeling”, “Drive”, “Unwind”, “Towers”, “Time”, “Radio Silence”, and “A Place That I Don’t Know” featuring Odette.
