Lisa Kudrow, born Lisa Valerie Kudrow on the 30th of July 1963 in California is an American actress, writer, comedian and producer. Starting a career with a comedy sketch group she had small parts in the sitcom Cheers and the sitcom Bob, she then landed the starring role of Phoebe on NBC’s hit show Friends, running for ten years and winning the actress an Emmy Award, she worked alongside the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Matt Leblanc, amongst others.
She then went on to work in such television shows as The Comeback, for HBO and the improvised comedy series Web Therapy alongside Rashida Jones, Minnie Driver and Selma Blair. Most recently, Kudrow has had roles in Grace & Frankie and Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
