W. Kamau Bell Bio
Walter Kamau Bell, otherwise known as W.Kamau Bell is an American stand-up comic and television host. Known well within the San Francisco stand up comedy circuit, he is locally well known for the host of the series United Shades of America and the series Totally Biased with W.Kamau Bell.
He also hosts the live radio show and linked podcast Kamau Right Now on KALW ad co-host other hit podcasts such as Denzel Washington Is The Greatest Actor Of All Time Period and Hari Kondabolu’s Politically Re-Active. With three albums released so far, his most recent work is 2016’s Semi-Prominent Negro. With a distinct comedy style that deals with American politics, social identity and inequality, he has amassed a large social media following.
