Will Hoge is an American country-rock musician born in 1972 in Nashville, Tennessee. He started making rounds in the local scene in the ‘1990s, and after a while he signed with Atlantic Records. In the early 2000’s he released two albums with very modest commercial success: “Carousel” (2000) and “Blackbird on a Lonely Wire” (2003), and started a very prolific career as a live musician. After some independent releases like “The Man Who Killed Love” (2006), he signed with the Rykodisc label and released “Draw the Curtains” in 2007. As a writer, he was nominated to the 2012 Academy of Country Music (ACM), Country Music Association (CMA), and Grammy prizes for the song “Even If It Breaks Your Heart,” recorded by Eric Paslay. Hoge’s album “Small Town Dreams” reached the 15th spot on the country charts in 2015, after which he started touring and recording as a solo act.
