Garima was always passionate about performing arts and began her career as a model. She made her acting debut as a child actor in 1999 when she appeared in the TV series Gubbare. She has since had recurring roles in the TV series Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Kavach... Kaali Shaktiyon Se, Hello Pratibha, Main Naa Bhoolungi, Aaj Ki Housewife Hai...
