James Asquith Bio
James Asquith is an entrepreneur and Instagram star born on 30th December 1988 in Cuckfield, England. He is also the founder and chief executive of the award-winning home swapping app Holiday Swap. He is currently the Guinness World Record holder for the youngest person to visit all countries worldwide. He started traveling around the world in July 2008. At that time, he went to Vietnam for voluntary work. Once he returned, he started traveling extensively while studying at the London School of Economics.
He funded his trips by investing in the stock market and doing part-time jobs. He often traveled with his father, who was a pilot. While traveling, he would work in hotels and bars to get free accommodation and food. He has covered most of the countries within a span of five years. His last country to visit was Micronesia. After graduating, he got a job as a banker and later published the book “Breaking Borders”, which documents his travels.
