Mumbai-based actress, Shruti Seth has a degree in economics for the prestigious St. Xavier’s College. In the initial years, she worked at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai as a guest relation executive. She pursued modeling as a hobby and a way to earn some pocket money. As she grew in popularity, she began to receive guest roles on TV shows. She moved into the entertainment industry full-time as a host on the pop music channel, Channel V. This put her on the map and helped her get the most important role of her career in the sitcom, "Shararat", where she played a teenager with magical powers. After a successful three-year run, the show came to an end, and she moved on to others like "Kyun Hota Hai Pyarrr", "Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand", and several others. She also played small roles in films like "Tara Rum Pum" and "Rajneeti".
