Hailing from Delhi, India, Peter Cat Recording Co. is an Indian music band that performs cabaret and alternative music. The band consists of Suryakant Sawhney on vocals and guitar, Kartik Sundareshan on the keyboard, guitar, and trumpet, Rohit Gupta on keyboard and trumpet, Dhruv Bhola on bass, and Karan Singh on drums. The band was formed in 2009, and they released their debut album Sinema in 2011. Their discography includes the hit singles Where the Money Flows, Memory Box, Floated By, Portrait of a Time, and the albums Bismillah, Transmissions, and Wall of Want. The band’s music was featured on the album Chalo alongside Kumar Shome, The Punkwallahs, Sid Vashi, and NATE08.
