Born in April 28, 1983, Daniel Mangan or simply Dan came from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a young boy, Dan was immersed with music by Nick Drake and The Beatles. With this, his musical genre revolves in pop and folk. As a teenager, Dan started to write his own songs. By age of 20, he was able to release his acoustic EP and two years after his solo debut “Postcards and Daydreaming.”
“Postcards and Daydreaming” was released in America earning him a big fan base. By 2009, Dan released his second album “Nice, Nice, Very Nice” which was part of Polaris Music shortlist. His “Oh, Fortune” became a Juno award recipient.
