ASAKE Bio
ASAKE, whose real name is Ahmed Ololade, also known by his stage name Mr. Money, is a well-known singer and songwriter in the Afropop and Afrobeat genres from Nigeria who was born in the 1990s. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Obafemi Awolowo University. Ahmed began his professional life as a dancer and participated in several dance troupes and theatre productions. Later on, he did a freestyle that he called "Lady in 2020," and it immediately became extremely popular online. Star, Gegeti and Mr. Money, Shanor, Medusa, and Don't Hype Me Up are only a few of his well known works. At the 2020 City People Music Awards, he was awarded two of the three awards for which he was nominated. In addition, he took home the trophy for the year's most popular song.
