Sky Katz Bio

Born in 2004, Sky Katz (Skylar Katz), is an American rapper from Melville, New York. Sky Katz appeared on the reality competition show America’s Got Talent in 2016 when she was only 11 years old. While on the show she performed an original song, “Fresh” which gave her three yesses and sent her through to the next round. The video of her performance went viral and earned her more than five million views within 24-hours. Ultimately, she was eliminated from the show. Sky has performed at such venues as Madison Square Garden, New York Fashion Week, McDonald’s Houston Children’s Festival, and SXSW. She is currently a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and stars in the spinoff of the Disney Channel’s “That’s So Raven” called “Raven’s Home.”
