Sarah Shahi is an Iranian-American actress and former NFL Cheerleader born in Euless, Texas on January 10, 1980. She is best known for her roles in the television shows Fairly Legal, The L Word, Fairly Legal, Life, and Alias. She competed in beauty pageants as a child and in 1997 she won the Miss Fort Worth pageant. She joined the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 1999 and was with the team until 2000. After leaving the team, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. In 2000 she made her debut in film in the movie Dr. T and the Women and continued landing roles in the films Old School, A Lot Like Love, For Your Consideration, The Dog Problem, Rush Hour 3, Crossing Over, East Fifth Bliss, Static, The Congress, Divine Access, Hangman and more. She made her debut on television in 2000 in the show City Guys and has since had roles in the shows Off Centre, Boston Public, My Adventures in Television, Dawson’s Creek, Frasier, ER, Reba, The Drop, Teachers, Life, Psych, Chicago Fire, Pitch, Person of Interest, The Rookie and others.
