Saleem Shahzada, better known as Dr. Master Saleem, is an Indian singer, songwriter, and actor best known as the voice behind songs in numerous Bollywood films. He was born in Shahkot, Punjab, India, on July 13, 1982. Saleem began singing at a young age, and he released his first album at the age of ten. He has since contributed to the soundtracks of numerous Bollywood films including Debangg, Friendship, Tere Bin Laden, and Band Baja Baaraat. His discography includes the hit singles Akhiyan Udeek Diyan, Aahun Aahun, Dhol Jageero Da, Maa Da Laadla, and the albums Charkhe Di Ghook, Bhaina Warga Saak Na Koi, and Dil Door Door. As an actor, Saleem starred in the comedy-drama film Pure Punjabi alongside Manjot Singh, Karan Kundrra, and Zorawar Singh.
