Dread Mar-I Bio
Mariano Javier Castro, better known by his stage name Dread Mar-I, is an Argentine singer, musician, and songwriter who performs reggae music. He was born in Quequén, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, on January 31, 1978. Mariano began his music career in 2004 when he became the lead singer of the musical group Mensajeros, in 2005, he released his first solo project Jah Guía. His discography includes the hit singles Tu Sin Mi, Hoja en Blanco, Verte, Nada, Arbol Sin Hojas, and the albums Hermanos, Vivi En Do, and Transparante. He was featured on Nicki Nicole’s album Parte de Mi alongside fellow musical artists Rauw Alejandro, Mon Laferte, Bizzarap, Trueno, and Tiago PZK.
