Nonso Anozie Bio

Nonso Anozie is an English actor who was born on November 17, 1978, in London. In 2002, he graduated from the Central School of Speech and Drama. In the summer of that same year, Anozie turned out to be the youngest person in history to play Shakespeare’s “King Lear'' professionally, where he played the title role, and in 2004, Anozie won an Ian Charleson Award for his performance in ”Othello”. Anozie played some small roles as Think Tank in 2008’s movie “RocknRolla” and Frank Mace in “Atonement”, released in 2007. He also played the part of Xaro Xhoan Daxos in “Game of Thrones'' for a total of five episodes. Some of his most popular performances are 2015’s Captain in Disney’s “Cinderella”, Artus in 2011’s action film “Conan the Barbarian” and Batiatus in 2007’s movie “The Last Legion”.
