Jelani Blackman hails from London, UK. The singer and rapper released “Twenty//Three” in 2014 and the song ranked No. 7 at the end of year poll in Noisey. Some of his collaborators include Brian Eno and Sylas to release “Layer.”
In 2016, he released the EP 1-4 which contained four tracks including his debut single, “Repeater,” “Sincere,” and “Submarine.” This release was followed by another four-track EP 5-8 which includes the songs “Try,” “One More Time,” “Not You,” and “Follow.” In 2018, he released the single “GO Low” featuring NewAgeMuzik. He also dropped the EP Lockjaw. His latest single, “Nobody’s Son” was released in March 2019.
Some of the songs he featured in are Abra Cadabra’s “Lemme At Em” which also featured FRED and Burna Boy and Louis VI’s “Floatin’.”
