LaMarr Woodley is a well-known American football player who was born on November 3, 1984 in Saginaw, Michigan. At the University of Michigan, where he played defensive end, he was honored with the Lombardi Award in 2006 as the nation's top lineman. He has since moved on to play for a professional team. During the 2007 NFL Draft, the NFL linebacker was chosen by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second round of selections. He was a key contributor to the Steelers' victory in Super Bowl XLIII and subsequently signed with the Oakland Raiders in 2014. In 2009, he won Super Bowl XLIII with the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he played with the famous wide receiver Hines Ward. During that season, he was also named MVP of the game.
