Vera Kolodzig was born on 22nd April 1985 in Lisbon, Portugal. She is an actress who is best known for her work in telenovelas and Portuguese films. She started modeling and appearing in commercials for popular brands when she was 6. Vera’s career as an actress began with amateur theatre in the Company of Thiago Justino. It was the play, ‘O Soldadinho de Chumbo’, that urged her to become an actress. She studied contemporary theatre at the University of Essex. Her first telenovela was ‘Jardins Proibidos’, which featured actors like Almeno Goncalves and Daniela Ruah. Her role as Teresa Alvia on the show helped her bag several other ones like ‘Filha do Mar’, ‘Dei-te Quase Tudo’, and ‘Doida Por Ti.’ She also continued her work in theatre, appearing in many productions, the most popular one being ‘Os 39 Degraus’, which was an adaptation of ‘The 39 Steps’ by Alfred Hitchcock.
