Jason Wu Bio
Jason Wu is a Taiwanese-Canadian fashion designer, artist, and social media personality best known for his work in the fashion industry. He was born in Yunlin County, Taiwan on September 27, 1982. Jason was interested in fashion design from a young age when he would design garments for toys, and in 2006, that passion culminated in the creation of his fashion empire, his eponymous fashion brand, Jason Wu. His brand gained international recognition in 2009 when first lady Michelle Obama wore one of his designs to the presidential inauguration. Jason has amassed a large following on Instagram where he shares his fashion designs.
