William H. Macy Bio
William H. Macy is an American actor, born in Florida the actor began studying veterinary medicine before transferring to the Goddard College where undertook performing arts studies. In New york City the actor had roles in over fifty Broadway and off-Broadway plays. With roles in Magnolia, Fargo, Air Force One and Jurassic Park III, his work in ER and Sports Night has been acknowledged with Emmy nominations.
Currently best known for playing Frank Gallagher in the American comedy-drama series Shameless, he works alongside Emmy Rossum and Justin Chatwin o the hit show. The show is a critical hit, running since 2011 and has been nominated for over thirty awards and has most recently won Macy a SAG award for his work.
