Leftwing : Kody Bio
Leftwing & Kody, also styled as Leftwing: Kody, are a British electronic music duo consisting of Jon Kong, a.k.a. Leftwing and Chris Adie, a.k.a. Leftwing. They began working together in 2012 and although they both had previously performed as DJs on their own, their first recordings were together. They started releasing original tracks on their SoundCloud and soon they had calls from labels interested in their music. In 2013, DJ Mag and Mixmag named them as DJs to watch only a year after they started releasing music. Established producers and DJs like Maya Jane Coles and Adam Beyer championed them and before long, the duo launched their own label Lost Records. In 2018, they released the single “Snap Back” through Desolat label which was a huge success, getting thousands of streams.
