Sarah Cassandra Chalke, also known as Sarah Chalke is an actress who was born on August 27, 1976, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She began her acting career in 1992 when she appeared on the tv series “The Odyssey”. She continued acting on several tv shows and movies but her first regular role on a tv show was in 1999 when she joined the awarded series “Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy”. She appeared in multiple famous tv series such as “The ‘Bu”, “Mad Love”, “Cougar Town”, “Grey’s Anatomy”, “How I Met Your Mother” and “Backstrom”. However, her most important role is the one of Elliot in the worldwide medical drama “Scrubs” opposite Zach Braff and Donald Faison. She participated in over 170 episodes as the main actress between 2001 and 2010. Because of her role in this series, she received multiple awards nominations at the Online Film & Televisions Association and the Gold Derby Awards. She also appears in several episodes of the long-lasting tv series Roseanne between 1993 and 2018.
